Terms Of Service
and information

Disclaimer as I am starting out as an artist my art may improve and therefore my prices may increase
Commission info
When you do commission me you need to make sure that you provide the highest relevant information you can give to ensure I can correctly and accurately draw your character(s) of choice. An accurate ref sheet would be appreciated too, unless it is a ref sheet (From scratch) commission
The character must either be yours or have permission from the character owner.WIP's & Updates
You will receive full updates during the process of the art process. Once the sketch has been completed I will send a sketch over, of what I have done. If this is confirmed and you are happy with the sketch I will then be moving onto the line art. If you wish for any changes after this stage an additional fee will be made to make up for the lost of time.
The overall process will go as stated:
Sketch > lineart > colour > CompletedRights to the art
All art made by myself belongs to me (RoKaGon). This means you may not use the art in commercial use or to create items for sale. The artwork should be personal and only for your use.
If you plan to use the artwork for commercial reasons I expect a notice and for it to be discussed before hand to be able to properly give you the rights and the ownership to the artwork at a fee of 100% of the commission cost.
I DO NOT allow or appreciate my art to be put through AI generative media such as making alternative pieces of the art, animating with the use of AI, or training AI with the artwork.
I also give no permission for my work to be traced, edited in any heavy or strong way which may change the piece drastically..Refunds & Policy
Refunds are always going to be given if I have not started on your commission yet (you will receive a message once I have started on the commission) and you may always ask for a refund. If you wish to do it after it starts depending on how far through with the piece I will deduct a fee based around progress.
Once the piece has been completed you lose the right to ask for a refund in any way. If a chargeback has been made I will declare full ownership of the art allowing me to use the art how I like and the client will be blacklisted and blocked. When it comes to donations I do NOT offer refunds and with dispute refund requests filed with paypal as fraudulent
If I must have to cancel a commission you will be let know of the reasons and you will get the full amount back unless I have started on the piece.I also have the right to REFUSE or cancel commissions if the client shows signs of bad behaviour or at my own discretion
